Silverdale Property Group was built from hands on experience working within the guaranteed rent and supported housing sector, since 2020. Over the years, we've worked closely with landlords and housing providers to source, onboard, and manage many properties under long term arrangements.
Based in Manchester and working across the UK, we manage houses, HMOs, and blocks of flats leased to housing providers, councils, and housing associations, remaining hands-on from initial onboarding through to ongoing oversight.
